MAX9060–MAX9064是超小尺寸单路比较器,适用于各种便携产品,如蜂窝电话、媒体播放器以及笔记本电脑。这些比较器提供1mm x 1mm封装(相当于两个0402电阻)、微型4焊球UCSP™封装和5引脚SOT23封装。
MAX9060–MAX9064可接受-0.3V至+5.5V的输入电压范围,且与电源电压无关。这些器件即使在掉电(VCC 或VREF = 0V)情况下,也能保持高阻态。内部滤波器提供高RF抑制。
MAX9060和MAX9061采用拥有专利的架构。两款器件提供漏极开路输出,并从用户提供的基准VREF (0.9V至5.5V之间)吸收静态电流。器件仅消耗100nA (最大值)的电源电流,工作在-40°C至+85°C扩展级温度范围。
MAX9062、MAX9063和MAX9064单路比较器内置0.2V基准,具有推挽或漏极开路输出,仅消耗700nA (最大值)电源电流。MAX9062、MAX9063和MAX9064的电源电压可低至VCC = 1V,工作在-40°C至+85°C扩展级温度范围。
