概述
MAX4744/MAX4744H/MAX4745/MAX4745H/MAX4746H双路SPDT (单刀双掷)音频开关能够处理负信号,允许低至VCC - 5.5V的信号无失真通过。这些模拟开关具有低导通电阻、低电源电流和+1.8V至+5.5V单电源供电等特性。
MAX4744/MAX4744H具备内部旁路电阻,在常开(NO)端和常闭(NC)端未连通时,能够自动为这两个端子的电容放电,当开关在预先充有电荷的两个端点之间切换音频信号时,能够抑制咔嗒声。MAX4746H的NC_端具有内部旁路电阻。当音频信号在预充电点之间切换时,该旁路电阻可降低咔哒声。先断后合功能进一步降低咔嗒声。MAX4744/MAX4745采用两个控制位CB1和CB2控制开关;MAX4744H/MAX4745H/MAX4746H采用一个控制位控制两个开关,使能输入/EN用来控制开关进入高阻模式。MAX4744H/MAX4745H/MAX4746H内置保护网络,防止VCC = 0V时电压加至COM_端。
这些器件采用节省空间的10引脚µDFN封装(2mm x 2mm),工作于-40°C至+85°C扩展工业级温度范围。
