MAX4737/MAX4738/MAX4739是低电压、低导通电阻(RON )、四路SPST模拟开关,采用+1.8V至+5.5V单电源供电。这些器件专为USB 1.1和音频切换应用设计。
MAX4737/MAX4738/MAX4739最大导通电阻4.5Ω、1.2Ω的平坦度、通道间匹配度为0.4Ω。这些新型开关保证工作在+1.8V至+5.5V,在3V和5V下可确保工作指标。这些开关提供先断后和切换(1ns),+2.7V时tON <80ns、tOFF <40ns。+2.7V至+3.6V供电时,数字逻辑输入兼容于+1.8V逻辑。
这些开关采用晶片级封装(UCSP™),大大减小了所需PCB的面积。该芯片仅占用2mm x 2mm的面积,采用4 x 4焊球阵列封装、焊球面积0.5mm。这些开关还可提供14引脚TSSOP封装。
