MAX6736–MAX6745是低功耗、二/三路电压、微处理器(µP)监控电路。如果任一被监视电压跌落至工厂设定或可调节的门限以下时，这些器件会触发系统复位，在所有电源电压上升至门限以上之后，复位信号仍将在最小超时周期内保持复位有效。与离散IC或分立元件相比，这些集成的2路/3路监控电路可显著减小系统尺寸并降低功耗。6µA低电源电流使得这些器件非常适合便携式设备。

MAX6736/MAX6737是两路固定电压µP监控电路，具有手动复位输入。MAX6738/MAX6739具有一路固定和一路可调节复位门限及手动复位输入。MAX6740/MAX6743是三路µP监控器件，具有两路固定和一路用户可调复位门限输入。MAX6741/MAX6744是两路电压µP监控器，具有电源就绪(POK)输出，可用于顺序上电。MAX6742/MAX6745监视主V_CC电源并具有独立的电源失效比较器。

MAX6736–MAX6745提供工厂预置复位门限选项，可监视1.8V至5.0V I/O电源(V_CC1)和0.9V至3.3V核电源(V_CC2) (完整数据资料的表1)。外部可调RSTIN输入允许监视低至0.5V的电压。

这些器件具有推挽式或漏极开路复位输出以及手动复位输入和电源失效输入/输出等功能(参见完整数据资料中的Selector Guide)。MAX6736–MAX6745采用节省空间的5引脚SC70封装，工作温度范围-40°C至+85°C。
