MAX6469–MAX6484是低压差线性稳压器,具有完全集成的微处理器复位电路。它们均具有+1.5V至+3.3V预置输出电压,预置间隔100mV,并可提供最高300mA的负载电流。这些器件仅消耗82µA电源电流。低电源电流、低压差和集成的复位功能使这些器件非常适合电池供电的便携式设备。
MAX6469–MAX6484包含一个复位输出,用于指示稳压器输出是否跌落至标准微处理器电源容限以下(-7.5%或-12.5%标称输出电压),省去了外部微处理器监控电路,并保证电源电压和时钟振荡器在处理器使能之前达到稳定。这些器件提供推挽式或漏极开路、低电平有效复位输出,具有2.5ms、20ms、150ms或1200ms (最小值)超时周期。
MAX6469/MAX6470/MAX6473–MAX6478/MAX6481–MAX6484还具有关断功能,关断时电源电流降至0.1µA (典型值)。MAX6471–MAX6474/MAX6479–MAX6482提供手动复位输入,可在稳压器输出符合要求时触发微处理器复位。MAX6475/MAX6476/MAX6483/MAX6484具有远端反馈检测引脚,适合外接NPN晶体管的大电流应用。MAX6469–MAX6476采用6引脚SOT23封装和8引脚TDFN封装。MAX6477–MAX6484采用3 x 3裸片级封装(UCSP™)。所有器件均工作于-40°C至+85°C温度范围。
