MAX6427-MAX6438是单/双电平电池监视器,带有内部滞回。这些器件提供单路(MAX6427/MAX6428/MAX6429、MAX6433/MAX6434/MAX6435)或双路(MAX6430/MAX6431/MAX6432、MAX6436/MAX6437/MAX6438)低电池电压输出指示,可以用来指示三种电池状态:电池正常(系统运行在正常模式)、电池不足(系统运行在低功耗模式)或电池耗尽(禁止系统工作)。
这些器件非常适合监视单节锂离子(Li+)电池或多节碱性电池/NiCd/NiMH电池供电系统。当电源电压降低到规定的最低门限时,产生低电池电压报警输出。当电压上升到规定的高压门限值时,低电池电压输出将持续保持140ms的最小延时周期。延时周期确保在电源转换或微处理器激活之前电源电压稳定。
MAX6427-MAX6438系列提供几种监视选择,MAX6427/MAX6428/MAX6429采用工厂预置的电池监视门限,具有一路低电池电压输出;MAX6430/MAX6431/MAX6432同样具有工厂预置的门限,但可提供两路低电池电压输出。MAX6433-MAX6438具有用户可调节的门限电压,允许用户选择滞回范围,提高系统对噪声的免疫力。较宽的滞回范围可避免由于负载移出后电池的恢复而导致的啁啾。MAX6433/MAX6434/MAX6435提供单路低电池电压输出,MAX6436/MAX6437/MAX6438提供双路低电池电压输出。
MAX6427-MAX6438系列可提供三种输出逻辑选择,便于与系统电源或微处理器接口。该系列产品采用SOT23或SOT143封装,工作于全温范围。
