MAX9117–MAX9120纳安级功耗比较器采用小尺寸SC70封装,具有Beyond-the-Rails™输入,并保证工作于低至+1.6V。MAX9117/MAX9118带有片上1.252V ±1.75%基准,仅消耗极低的600nA电源电流,而MAX9119/MAX9120 (无基准)只需350nA的供电电流。这些特性使MAX9117–MAX9120系列比较器特别适合于2节电池的监视/管理。
独特的输出级设计限制了输出切换时的电源电流浪涌,有效避免了电源扰动(常见于许多其他比较器)。这种设计同时也降低了器件的动态功耗。MAX9117/MAX9119具有推挽式输出级,可以吸收和源出电流。内部输出驱动器在推动5mA负载时能够达到满摆幅输出。MAX9118/MAX9120采用开漏输出级,适合于混合电压系统的设计。所有器件都可提供超小型5引脚SC70封装。
