MAX5073双输出DC-DC转换器，集成高边n沟道功率MOSFET。各路输出可单独设置为buck或boost转换器。器件可工作在5.5V至23V宽电压输入范围。在buck模式，各路输出可编程为低至0.8V，boost模式可高达28V，输出电压精度可达±1%。Buck模式下，转换器1和转换器2分别可输出2A和1A电流。各转换器的开关频率可在200kHz至2.2MHz之间编程，以避免无线设备中的差拍干扰并减小供电电源的尺寸。两路输出工作在180°异相模式，可降低输入电容的波纹电流、尺寸和成本。SYNC输入简化了外部频率同步。并且，CLKOUT输出为第2个转换器提供异相时钟，在主从配置中，可采用两片MAX5073 IC实现四相工作。

MAX5073包括内部数字软启动功能，可降低输入浪涌电流，避免输出电压过冲，确保上电过程中输出电压单调上升。各转换器可单独关断，带有电源就绪输出。保护功能包括buck模式输出短路保护，以及boost模式最大占空比限制和过热关断。

MAX5073提供热增强型28引脚薄型QFN封装，在+70°C环境温度中可耗散2.7W功率。器件额定工作于-40°C至+85°C扩展级温度范围。
