Definition

半导体制造流程从一个极薄的半导体材料圆盘开始，这个圆盘称作“晶圆”。处理工艺定义为晶体管及其它架构，通过导线相互连接构成所要求的电路。

随后，晶圆被制成“裸片”，裸片经过封装后制成IC。
