Definition

能够在上电过程中防止输出电容放电的电源。输出电容的放电容易导致冷启动时的振荡问题或当热插拔时在输出电压总线上产生高压干扰。预偏置软启动是冗余电源、并联型电源模块、电池备份电源总线及其它单节点多电源系统中的重要功能。
