Bruce E. Kiddoo
Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Kiddoo has global responsibility for the Company’s finance and information technology organizations. He oversees the daily operations of finance, accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, investor relations, information technology, and production planning. Mr. Kiddoo joined Maxim in September 2007 as Vice President of Finance and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in October 2008 after completion of the restatement of the Company’s financial results. Mr. Kiddoo has over twenty years experience in the technology industry. He held several senior-management positions at LSI Logic Corporation, and was the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Broadcom Corporation. Mr. Kiddoo holds a BS degree in Applied Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
