• Promote microcontroller and other Maxim products to Chinese customers
• Work closely with distributors and other Maxim sales personnel to track customer opportunities
• Visit customers regularly to stay updated on new projects and requirements

• 2+ years experience in a technical sales/marketing role

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar experience
• Strong background in embedded software development; comfortable developing in C or assembly language
• Able to debug hardware and software
• Good written English communication skills

• Electrical Engineering degree
• Knowledge of the Chinese market, preferably experience in the industrial-control applications.
• Five years of management experience, strong communication skills (Chinese and English), detailed knowledge of ADCs and DACs.
• Travel required through the region.

Job Functions

• Responsible for designing custom power-supply evaluation boards for major customers in China.
• Work closely with key customers to understand their requirements.
• Complete: schematic design; bill-of-materials parts list and cost.
• Develop PCB evaluation board; provide the evaluation/performance results.
• A key emphasis of the position will be your ability to plan and manage projects on schedule, and to provide excellent design support to customers.

English Requirements
Candidate is required to have functional oral and written English skills (CET-4).

Experience Requirements
At least three years experience as a power-supply development engineer.

IC设计工程师

Design analog and mixed-signal ICs utilizing leading submicron BiCMOS technologies. Products could be: DC/DC converters, audio amplifiers, A/D (Analog-to-Digital) and D/A (Digital-to-Analog) converters, operational amplifiers, reference voltages, linear regulators, comparators, and other analog/mixed-signal circuits.

Job Functions

• Circuit synthesis from the transistor level, up to the system-level simulation.
• Layout supervision to ensure product functionality.
• Characterization of the IC, and cooperation with test engineering for product release to production.
• Ensuring that the products have acceptable manufacturing yields.

Education Requirements
Minimally MSEE, with emphasis on Analog/mixed-signal courses a must.

English Requirements
Candidate is required to have functional oral and written English skills (CET-4).
