Comprehensive Benefit Plan

When considering a position at Maxim, you will probably evaluate several important factors: job responsibilities, career opportunities, company culture, salary, and benefits. Maxim has "engineered" a comprehensive benefits package that addresses all of these components.

Maxim keeps employees challenged in their position, upgrades skills, and broadens experience with on-going training. Salaries and benefits meet the highest expectations. The information provided here is a summary only. Candidates can ask their prospective hiring manager specific benefit questions. New employees will receive complete details about their benefit options at their New Hire Orientation.

Compensation
Maxim's compensation philosophy is designed to reward top performers. Competitive programs include the following:

  • Stock Option and RSU Grants—Employees share the Company's success (for eligible positions).

  • 401(k) Plan and Company Match—A dollar-for-dollar match, up to 3% of employee eligible compensation.
Compensation packages may vary, depending on experience, education, position requirements, and work location. Ask your hiring manager about the benefit details for your location.
