• Work with FAEs to obtain customer feedback on proposed NPPs.

• Pre-evaluate regional product proposals; discuss with FAE’s and customers.
• Support and contribute to corporate business discussions by phone and/or attendance at Company headquarters.

• Provide quarterly training to regional AMs and FAEs for new and existing products.
• Ensure that the AMs and FAEs are aligned with BU sales and market strategies.
• Ensure that FAEs are promoting the best product for the application.
• Follow up on all sample requests; work with BUs to ensure that their goals are met; ensure that customers receive the samples; gather customer feedback to validate product definition.

• Identify emerging markets and provide good market research to the BUs.
• Work with local account teams to profile new emerging accounts.
• Review customer profiles and support AMs with additional information or questions; make customer visits to help profile customer needs.

• Explore new regional markets and market segments; help stimulate new growth areas for Company business plans.
• Support field sales with customer contacts; build relationships with key decision makers at customer sites; meet with customers on a regular basis.
• Help capture and document customer applications information; assess and report the importance of the information for driving new regional business.
