MAX6715-MAX6729是超低电压µP监控电路,用于监视二路或三路系统电源。当任一被监视电源电压跌至工厂预置或可调门限以下时,这些器件会触发系统复位,在所有电源电压上升至门限以上之后,复位信号仍将在最小超时周期内保持有效。与离散IC或分立元件相比,这些集成的二/三路监控电路可显著提高系统的稳定性、并减小系统尺寸。
这些器件监视1.8V至5.0V主电源(VCC 1)和0.9V至3.3V次级电源(VCC 2),具有工厂预置的复位门限选项(参见完整数据资料中的Reset Voltage Threshold Suffix Guide )。外部可调RSTIN输入允许用户监视低至0.62V的第三路电源。VCC 1或VCC 2保持在0.8V以上时,这些器件确保正确的复位输出逻辑。
MAX6715-MAX6729提供多个具有看门狗输入的推挽式或漏极开路复位输出、手动复位输入以及电源失效输入/输出(参见完整数据资料中的Selector Guide )。1.1ms至1120ms (最小值)可选则的复位超时门限(参见完整数据资料中的Reset Timeout Period Suffix Guide )。MAX6715-MAX6729采用小尺寸5、6或8引脚SOT23封装,工作温度范围-40°C至+85°C。
