DS600是一款±0.5°C精密的模拟输出温度传感器。该器件在2.7V至5.5V的整个工作电压范围和-20°C至+100°C宽温度范围内均可达到这样的精度。DS600还可以用作温度调节器，温度门限可由用户编程。DS600在关断模式下进入低功耗待机状态。DS600采用8引脚µSOP封装。
